Regional Head of Commercial (Creator Growth)

Drive commercial excellence across Southeast Asia as Regional Commercial Lead for AnyMind Group’s Creator Growth division. Reporting to the MD of Creator Growth, you will partner directly with country leads to elevate commercial capabilities, defend gross profit performance across Brand Solutions & Affiliate segments, and architect scalable go-to-market strategies. If you are an experienced commercial executive with genuine P&L ownership and a deep understanding of the regional creator ecosystem, this is your platform to scale our borderless growth.

What You'll Do

• Commercial Strategy & GTM Ownership: Co-own regional commercial plans with market leads, defining explicit growth targets, pricing frameworks, and cross-border service line transfers (e.g., hub-and-spoke models across TH, VN, and ID).
• Commercial Rigor & Margin Management: Bring real discipline to forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and gross profit tracking for Brand Solutions & Affiliate segments while establishing a high-standard operating rhythm.
• Commercial Capability & Quality Control: Elevate the capability of local sales and account management teams, serving as the final reviewer for the region’s most critical client pitches and proposals.
• Strategic Platform Partnerships: Act as a senior working-level counterpart to major platforms (Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok), converting platform referrals into durable client relationships.
• Enterprise Client Ownership: Represent AnyMind directly in high-stakes client and partner meetings, setting the engagement standard for our largest regional accounts.

Who You Are

• Proven Commercial Leader: 8+ years of commercial experience in digital media, creator/influencer ecosystems, platform partnerships, or agencies—spanning multi-market operations across Southeast Asia.
• P&L & Financial Ownership: Track record of carrying revenue and margin targets with a deep understanding of MCN unit economics, monetization, and profit drivers.
• Empowering Leadership Style: Ability to raise commercial standards by coaching and developing market leaders rather than taking over operations personally.
• Platform & Creator Expertise: Hands-on experience managing major platform relationships (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Google) and constructively navigating complex partner dynamics.
• Regional Readiness: Professional English fluency required (Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus), with willingness to travel regularly across Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
• Nice to Have: Direct experience at major social platforms, background across creator network/affiliate/commerce lines, or existing relationships with regional MCNs and agencies.
