Partners with Senior Leadership to create continuous improvement procedures and processes that enable Littelfuse locations to run efficiently, productively and safely. Procedures affect multiple locations and key areas of the company. (35%)

Leads a lean team that maximizes efficiencies in a Littelfuse production facility. (30%)

Evaluates staff levels for current and future requirements and identifies training and development requirements. (30%)

Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for streamlining safety, quality and productivity. (5%)
