As Regional Legal Advisor, you will act as in-house legal counsel across Aleph Group, advising colleagues and subsidiaries on contracts, corporate governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

What You Will Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate acts, and other legal documentation
  • Lead the preparation and upkeep of corporate governance documentation for the company and its subsidiaries within Aleph Group
  • Oversee and ensure that internal policies, corporate acts, and documentation comply with applicable legislation across relevant jurisdictions
  • Prepare legal reports, risk assessments, and analysis to inform business decision-making
  • Provide legal advice and support to other departments and subsidiaries within Aleph Group
  • Manage legal and administrative documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on complex topics, presenting summarized findings and actionable recommendations
  • Mentor and guide junior legal team members, where applicable
  • What We Are Looking For

  • Highest legal professional degree (for example, a Master's in Law or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including in-house, corporate, or commercial law
  • Strong working knowledge of corporate governance documentation and processes
  • Proven ability to work independently and advise stakeholders across multiple departments and jurisdictions within Aleph Group
  • Strong legal research skills, with the ability to analyze and summarize findings on varied legal topics
  • Experience working in a regional, cross-border setting, with the confidence to operate beyond a single-market (EU-only) focus
  • Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of any additional EU language
