Job Summary:
The Regional Marketing Manager is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing and digital strategies to drive brand growth and sales performance within the travel retail channel across the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Southeast Asia-Oceania regions. Based in Singapore, this role requires travel within the region to understand market dynamics, build relationships with key stakeholders, and implement effective marketing and omni-channel programs. The Marketing Manager will lead a team of marketing and digital professionals and report directly to the Regional General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy, 360 marketing plans, and omnichannel campaigns (offline & online: e-commerce, social media, CRM) including product forecasting for Travel Retail APAC & SEAO, aligned with global brand strategy and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing marketing team through structured guidance, training, and career development initiatives.
- Translate market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable growth opportunities and optimized campaign strategies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with HQ counterparts, market commercial leads, retail, merchandising, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution, channel integration, and performance optimization.
- Oversee marketing & digital budget allocation, ensuring resource efficiency and maximizing ROI across all channels and activations.
- Build and leverage strategic relationships with vendors, key retailers, airport authorities to secure premium locations, negotiate marketing support, and accelerate sales growth.
- Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact in-store activations, promotional events, and digital campaigns to amplify brand visibility and drive footfall.
- Track, evaluate, and report on marketing performance, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to the Regional General Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing preferably within the cosmetics, FMCG, luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing marketing professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to understand complex market dynamics and cultural nuances across the APAC & SEA-Oceania regions.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
