Regional Marketing & PR Manager (MENA)

Chain Reaction is looking for a Regional Marketing & PR Manager to lead brand visibility, communications, and integrated marketing across the MENA region.

This role sits at the intersection of **brand, media, storytelling, and performance **. You’ll shape how Chain Reaction shows up in-market, how we’re talked about, and how our thinking travels across borders.

What you’ll do

• Own and execute the regional marketing & PR strategy across MENA
• Lead PR, media relations, thought leadership, awards, and speaking opportunities
• Drive integrated campaigns across content, social, events, and partnerships
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and regional stakeholders
• Ensure consistent brand positioning while adapting to local markets

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing and/or PR, ideally in agency, tech, or digital environments
• Strong understanding of MENA markets and media landscape
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Based in **Dubai **, with regional scope and ambition
