Regional Office Manager - Auto Body

What You'll Do

This leadership role combines team development, operational oversight, and customer service to ensure a smooth repair experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of estimators while helping new team members succeed.
• Oversee daily front office operations and maintain efficient workflows.
• Partner closely with production leadership to ensure seamless communication between departments.
• Review vehicle damage, prepare repair plans, and utilize estimating software.
• Document vehicle condition through photos and administrative documentation.
• Prepare total loss estimates when applicable.
• Help maintain high standards for customer communication, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of experience in collision repair, automotive, or dealership operations.
• Experience using collision estimating software.
• An understanding of insurance claims and repair processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to maintain a Monday thru Friday 7:30AM to 5:30PM schedule
