Regional Trainer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Regional Trainer to join the Crown team. In this role, the successful candidate will deliver equipment training and assessment services (accredited and non-accredited) to Crown's account customers across South-East Queensland.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver equipment training and assessment services to Crown’s account customers
• Maintain and complete the related paperwork used for the delivery of our training services
• When not delivering training, follow up and close customer enquiries and deals related to equipment training services
• Liase and communicate with the Queensland Crown Sales team to promote both equipment training services and equipment sales. This includes attending scheduled Sales Meetings

Skills & Experience

We are looking for some who has:

• Experience working with an RTO
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Extensive experience delivering operator & supervisory training related to forklift reach trucks, order pickers, WAVe, electric pallet trucks and walkie stackers (Crown equipment desired)
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• High levels of organization skills & attention to detail
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal staff and customers
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
