As a Direct Support Professional with RBT experience, you’ll provide hands-on support to participants while helping to implement thoughtful, individualized care rooted in respect, dignity, and real-world goals.

What You'll Do

  • Under the supervision of a behavior analyst and our clinical team, you will effectively implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and will collect and record data to monitor progress.
  • You will aid clients with everyday activities that include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and helping to create or provide personal hygiene routines.
  • You will assist with medication administration and provide transportation to clients when needed.
  • You will actively seek clinical direction from your supervisor in a timely manner and collaborate with parents/caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care during and outside of sessions.
  • You will adhere to ethical guidelines regarding professional conduct and scope of practice.
  • What You Bring

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and managing severe challenging behaviors.
  • A valid Driver’s License, personal vehicle, and insurance.
  • CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed).
  • Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.
