We are looking for RBTs to work part time and full time:
- Part Time: Saturday and Sunday: 9AM-5PM
- Full Time: Monday - Friday: 9A-6PM
Responsibilities:
- Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home, clinic, and/or school settings
- Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
- Attend all scheduled therapy sessions, staff meetings, and trainings
- Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
Pre-Employment Requirements
This role involves unsupervised, direct support of children and/or adults in home, school, and community settings. Duties include implementing behavior plans, managing behavioral escalations, assisting with daily living needs, entering private residences, and accessing confidential health and personal information.
Employment is contingent upon meeting applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include verification of education, employment history, credentials, motor vehicle records (if applicable), and other role- or state-specific requirements.
Requirements
* _**MUST **_ be licensed and registered as an RBT in the state of Nevada
* Be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school degree or GE
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
* Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
* Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
Pay Range: $20-25 hourly depending on experience, education and licensure.
