LCC is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian.

Responsibilities include:

• Management of operation of the dietary department
• Clinical assessments
• MDS & Care Plans
• Supervising meals to meet the needs of each resident

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of supervisory food service experience preferred, knowledge of federal & state regulations.
