About this role

We have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team in one of our new developments in Southport. This is a full time role.

This new development is based near to our existing Southport Services and will offer residential support to adults with a learning disability and/or autism.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll lead a compassionate and dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding care. With a strong focus on personalised support and proven approaches, you’ll help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

As Registered Manager, you will:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
  • Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
  • Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
  • Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards it
  • Experience as a Registered Manager is preferable as this is a new development, however we will consider strong Deputy candidates
  • Experience working with mental health, learning disability or autism is required
