Delphi Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home in Epping.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care leader looking to take ownership of a sizeable service and make a genuine impact. We welcome applications from both established Registered Managers and ambitious Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Working closely with the provider, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the service, develop the team, drive quality standards and lead the home through its next stage of growth and success.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day management of a residential care home.
• Leading, supporting and developing a dedicated staff team.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
• Maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality.
• Managing occupancy, budgets and operational performance.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
• Driving continuous improvement and creating a positive culture throughout the home.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous management experience within a residential care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and resident outcomes.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or willingness to achieve this.
• The confidence and drive to lead a large residential service.
