Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Reno, Nv

Department: CVOR

Shifts Available: Full Time, Days

Pay: $2,448 to $3,101 gross per week

Assignment length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

• Provide peri-operative care in the Main OR and Cardiovascular OR.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with surgeons and anesthesiologists.
• Direct and support OR Technicians and surgical staff.
• Ensure quality patient care and efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in performance improvement, meetings, and staff education.
• Serve as a clinical resource for team members.
• Report to the OR Charge Nurse and Director of Surgical Services.

Qualifications

CVOR-EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

One year previous Cardiovascular OR experience required

Must be able to communicate in English (Speak, Write)

Current and valid Nevada RN License.

BLS (AHA) certification required

ACLS (AHA) certification required.
