Job Summary

We are seeking qualified, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Nurses from India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines for employment opportunities with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and elderly care facilities across Germany.

The selected candidates will provide high-quality nursing care while working closely with doctors, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals. Candidates must be willing to complete the required nursing qualification recognition process in Germany and should have German language proficiency at B2 level.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, professional, and patient-centered nursing care.

Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and clinical progress.

Measure and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical observations.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Assist doctors during examinations, medical procedures, and emergency situations.

Prepare and maintain individualized nursing care plans.

Support patients with mobility, personal care, feeding, and daily activities when required.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and aftercare.

Follow infection control, hygiene, patient safety, and quality standards.

Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Work rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or recognized qualification in Nursing.

Valid nursing registration or professional license in India, Sri Lanka, or the Philippines.

Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or healthcare facility.

German language proficiency at B2 level is mandatory before deployment.

Candidates currently holding B1 German proficiency and progressing towards B2 may also be considered.

Willingness to complete the German nursing qualification recognition process, known as Anerkennung.

Willingness to relocate to Germany and work in a multicultural healthcare environment.

Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Physically and emotionally capable of performing nursing duties.
