Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Post-Acute Care setting
- Administer medications and monitor patients’ responses to treatment
- Assess patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and support patients’ comfort and recovery
- Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures as needed
- Educate and support patients’ families on treatment protocols and home care practices
Qualifications
- Active US Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in post-acute, geriatric, or related healthcare settings preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
Requirements
- Valid US Registered Nurse
- Valid Visa Screen Certicate
- Visa holder of F1 and TNs are open to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
