Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is seeking a full-time RN or LPN to join our dedicated clinical team at our clinic in Quitman! Why You’ll Love This Role:
As a Nurse at BMRHC’s new Quitman clinic, you’ll work alongside our healthcare providers to deliver compassionate primary care. You’ll also be cross trained to help with care coordination and community health needs as the clinic grows. This is an opportunity to help shape how we serve patients in a new location, with support from the broader clinical team.
What you’ll do:
💉 Assist providers with patient care, clinical procedures, and follow-up
💉 Provide nursing care within your RN or LPN scope of practice and BMRHC protocols
💉 Help patients connect with care, including referrals and follow-up services
💉 As needed, assist patients with resources such as insurance enrollment, sliding fee applications, payment options, and community programs
💉 Support behavioral health care coordination by helping patients and families access appropriate services and resources
Your day-to-day responsibilities will reflect the clinic’s patient needs and grow as the clinic grows. Throughout, you’ll be part of a team working to improve the health and well-being of our community.

Qualifications:
✅ Current RN or LPN license in the State of Arkansas
✅ Current CPR certification
✅ Previous nursing experience preferred
✅ Compassion, attention to detail, and excellent patient care skills

Our Hours:
🕖 Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
🕖 Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Some travel is required for this position.
