Registered Nurse - Xenia

The RN in this position will be working primarily with our male clients

Anew Behavioral Health is a substance abuse treatment agency specializing in providing housing, supportive, and clinical services for individuals in recovery. We are a strengths-based program rooted in positive psychology principles.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who will provide essential nursing care and health assessments to individuals in a behavioral health setting. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive health assessments after client intake, managing ongoing health needs, and ensuring the integration of physical and mental health care. The nurse works closely with clinical teams to provide holistic care and supports the overall well-being of clients in recovery and treatment programs. This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Health Assessments and Documentation

· Medication Management

· Coordination of Care

· Health Education

· Client Monitoring and Follow Up

· Emergency Response

· Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams

· Support with Detox and Withdrawal Management

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Ohio state license.

· Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or psychiatric nursing preferred.

· Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· CPR and First Aid certification required.

· NPI/Medicaid Provider Number.

· Knowledge of behavioral health interventions and best practices for integrated care.

· Must pass BCI Background Check and pre-employment drug screen.

Working Conditions:

· This position may involve flexible hours to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.

· Occasional travel to partner healthcare facilities may be required for client care coordination.

· Regular, in person attendance is expected for this role.
