• Retain patients on service, and they enjoy the reward of exceeding patient expectations, turning unsatisfied customers into happy patients.
• Receive calls for members that want to leave the pharmacy
• Many of these members are upset or angry with the service, so this person is going to have to handle sensitive situations with ease
• Receive high escalated calls and must have very strong customer service and problem solving skills

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Texas (no disciplines)
• 3+ year(s) of experience
• Excellent de-escalation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Solid & clear communication

Additional Information

Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

Pay rate: $20.08/hr
