Rehab Technician

We are an expanding real estate company looking to add a rehab technician to our team

Your main responsibility will be the rehabbing houses and turning them over after residents have moved out getting them into rent ready condition as part of a team. You may also be asked to do work orders and maintenance for houses with residents living in them at times.

This is a full time $22 - $25 an hour position.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in manual labor.

-Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures

-A valid driver’s license, and basic tools.

-Pass a background and criminal check.

Proficient knowledge and abilities in the following:

-Lifting of heavy materials

-Some Demolition

-Basic Plumbing

-Basic Appliance and Electrical Repair

-General maintenance and repairs

-Ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues

-Landscaping

-Strong communication skills, particularly with tenants and crew

-Good attitude

-Ability to work as part of a team and perform maintenance tasks independently

-Willing to be on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours, weekends and holidays

-Ability to fill out necessary paperwork (time cards, work orders etc…)

-Have a basic set of hand and electric tools

-HVAC Certification preferred but not required

Most of our construction jobs and rental units are houses located across the city and will therefore require being willing to work in all parts of the Metro.
