Role : Release Manager / Configuration Manager

Location : Zurich, Switzerland

Job type : Rolling Contract for 3 months initially

Job description:

a) Unix Scripting and admin (Average)

b) Java (basic understanding )

c) SVN knowledge (Average)

d) Release management

e) Configuration management.

f) environment management

g) CS know how would be needed for Treasury (Must)

h) Understanding of Scrum Methodology/Agile.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• implementation of Build-Process

• set up Continuous Integration infrastructure, onboard projects on Continuous Integration

• Deployment of components/applications into all test environments up to Production

• Monitoring and supporting all test environments up to Production

• test support (automatic sanity checks, verification of the deployment)

• management of the different environments (IT, PTA), database (Oracle on JAP)

• management of CR (change requests on SwanXP and SNOW)

• Support during build failures (research, environment update)

• Setup and maintenance of local deployments (WLS-Installations, e.g. CRMNET)

• Create and maintain Deployment packages

• JAP updates on ET-Unix server

• Contribution in server setup, failover concept, operational manual and System Specification

• Monitor testing for IT/PTA/PROD

• Maintaining and supporting repositories like CVS, SVN. Project related maintenance (e.g. remove or move of projects)

• Managing and supporting Sharepoint, create and maintain Sharepoint repositories and subsites.
