Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial fire protection and fire sprinkler systems.

  • Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.

  • Manage the complete bidding process from opportunity identification through proposal submission.

  • Submit competitive bids to help maintain a consistent project pipeline.

  • Work within the company's established estimating processes and operational workflows.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.

  • Track multiple bid opportunities while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience estimating fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.

  • Experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of fire protection plans, specifications, and applicable industry standards.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable working during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
