Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets related to property listings, market trends, and customer behaviour.
- Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations within the real estate market.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and enhance data quality and integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that summarise analytical results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor market performance and generate regular reports that provide insights into key business metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Advanced skills in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous but not essential.
- A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
