Remote: Senior Recruiting Consultant Deeptech, AI&Robotics

We set up Rockstar Recruiting in 2016 and have focused on Deep Tech Recruiting in areas like Web3, AI & Robotics ever since.

Our clients are Swiss, European & US start-ups/scale-ups that are looking for outstanding niche talent.

Organically, we have been growing into Executive Recruiting for tech companies ("techxecutive") and are keen to expand our internal team with experienced colleagues.

Tasks

You will:

- work on search mandates for our deep tech clients

- be the single-point of contact for your candidates

- grow an own portfolio of clients

Requirements

You have:

- search, found and placed experts & executives for high-growth technology companies

- attended and maybe even organized relevant community events

- gathered experience working in an international, decentralized team

- an academic background

- entrepreneurial experience

- joy working autonomously and with little guidance

- a B2B setup
