Responsibilities

The Construction General Foreman provides leadership and is responsible for scheduling, work planning, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the safety and productivity of crew at the workface.

Job description and tasks:

- Leading a team of technicians

- Participating in the work itself

- Assigning workers to specified tasks

- overseeing the project from start to completion

Qualifications

• Hands on type of individual

• Strong knowledge in Carpentry, Painting, Plastering, Gyproc, Ceramics, Tiling, finishing as well exterior renovations

• Able to take charge and finish a job

• Ready to be on call during certain projects.

• read drawings and interpret specifications

• Over 7 years of Experience
