What You’ll Get to Do

The Customer Service Representative is located in Albertville, MN. The position is focused on servicing customers and entering orders into our system, reviewing orders for accuracy, answering incoming calls from our existing customer base and other miscellaneous administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position, and the typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Job responsibilities include:

• Exceptional customer service
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, including handling incoming calls in a professional and thoughtful manner
• Strong data entry skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid computer skills that include the ability to learn new computer programs
• Basic math skills
• Adaptable to change with a positive attitude and the ability to remain open to others’ ideas
• History of positive performance and reliable attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed
• Must possess a strong commitment to safety

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Computer experience, ability to accurately type numbers
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work overtime as required
