The RepairTech 1 will perform repair, replace and/or service work of Company productsin accordance withprescribed procedures.

You’llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Read andcomprehendrepair order information and parts schematics.

• Complete the information on the repair order form

• Work involveslocatingreplacementproductsin accordance withwork instructions.

• Make decisionsinaccordanceto work instructions

• Recognize and report operational irregularities and defective materials.

• Work from parts sheets,specificationsandwork instructions.

• Under supervision make recommendations as to warranty liability and any unusual repair problems.

• Work is subjectto in-process and final inspection.

• Responsible for quality of work,safetyand housekeeping in assignedarea.

• Be a Milwaukee Tool culture champion byhandlingtasks as assigned,including working on different processes and departments as needed.

The TOOLSyou’llbring with you:

• Requires an education equivalent to high school diploma or GED

• Must have mechanical skills and diagnostic skills

• High attention to detail

• Basic computer and writing skills

Internal Qualifications

• No final warnings

• No more than 6 attendance points

• Efficiency and Quality goal met for previous 3 months

• Must be in current role for 6+ months

• Must meet all job description requirements.

Physical and Weightlifting Demands:

• Standing forlong periodsof time

• Repetitive motion

• Frequent bending, stooping,pushingand pulling of parts and containers

• Able to work in various temperature conditions
