We are currently seeking two Replenishment Officers to join our Group Operations team in Tullamarine. These roles support the Supply Planning function and are critical to ensuring the timely and accurate replenishment of stock across a large, high‑volume finished goods portfolio of over 200,000 SKUs.
Working closely with Supply Planners, you will assist with purchase order management, supplier liaison, ship dates, order tracking, reporting and a range of administrative and ad-hoc tasks. This is a detail-focused, admin heavy role requiring strong systems capability and confidence working with data.

The roles are based in Tullamarine, with a hybrid working arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, amend and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of items, quantities and delivery schedules
- Track and maintain purchase order due dates, following up with suppliers on delays or discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm ship dates and order status
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory and supplier master data
- Create and manage inter‑warehouse transfers
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries
- Support Supply Planners with regular and ad‑hoc reporting
- Assist with general administrative and ad‑hoc tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function
Qualifications
- Experience in replenishment, supply chain, inventory or an administration‑heavy role, or a strong interest in developing experience in this space
- Comfortable working with high volumes of data and SKUs
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using Excel for tracking, reporting and data management
- Exposure to supply or inventory systems (experience with Momentum or similar planning tools highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
