Job Profile

The primary application analyst for project work related to the Oracle Human Resources modules currently implemented at Noble Energy. These include Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor, iRecruitment, Oracle Learning Management, Compensation Workbench, and Oracle Advanced Benefits.
Provides advanced functional knowledge of Oracle Human Resources and the related modules to the business teams. Knowledge of Oracle Talent Management, Succession Planning and Performance Management is a plus.
Resolves or escalates to development & product teams support requests related to Oracle Human Resources functionality.
Develops functional design specifications for enhanced system functionality, provide functional support to the development team, and facilitate user acceptance testing with business teams once completed.
Creates or supports subject matter experts in the creation of ad hoc queries of system data.
Manages projects related to the enhancement or further implementation of the Oracle Human Resources system footprints.
Facilitates regression testing activities with the business teams in support of system functionality releases, patches and upgrades.
