Research and Administration Assistant - Advertising and Sponsorship

Ideal opportunity for a graduate with some marketing and or research experience to join this high profile global membership concern. You will be supporting the Head of Advertising and Sponsorship to research and identify potential sponsors for their specialist conferences. This is NOT a sales role but you will be responsible for the logistical administration aspect of the sales process, ensuring all sponsorship bookings are fulfilled and completed to deadline.

Key responsibilities will be creating a database for conference research. Collating and process of all artwork including logos, advertisements and videos. Working with the production and web teams to ensure correct placing of information in the conference programme and also websites and signage. To approve all sponsor artwork online and printed. You will also create video presentations, monitor exhibitor and conference registrations working closely with the conference team.

You will need to demonstrate some work experience ideally gained within a B2B marketing/research/sponsorship environment, CRM experience with impeccable attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a good team work ethic.
