About this role

Joining our Warsaw team, you will contribute to the company’s work by developing analyses and conveying insights to enhance clients’ decision making. The position suits a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme or a person with hands-on experience within the energy sector, consulting or research. The exact entry position will be dependent on experience and educational level. Key Responsibilities

Develop timely and rigorous quantitative analyses to enhance clients’ decision making
Work closely with our modelling team, structuring economic problems into quantifiable analyses and deriving insights from the model results
Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements
Communicate findings to clients, turning analysis to insight by creating compelling presentations
Contribute to Aurora’s product development, by identifying new opportunities and expanding our capabilities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Required attributes:

A university degree in either a quantitative subject, coupled with a keen interest in policy developments or a social science, environmental studies or a related field, coupled with an interest in quantitative analysis
An ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex data and information
Evidence of strong performance in team-oriented environments
An ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical parties
Full professional fluency in English and Polish

Desirable attributes:

Enthusiasm for energy markets: previous professional or academic exposure to energy beneficial
Demonstrated success in project management (professionally or e.g. at university)
Understanding of the Polish/Czech/Slovak energy sector and challenges
Proficiency in Slovak or Czech
