• Performs Market Studies—including market statistics, sale and rent comparable surveys, general market intelligence.

• Assesses regional and national economics, market conditions and how they may affect clients, prospective clients, or general business needs.

• Supports current projects involving writing, editing, researching, and reporting.

• Conducts research on market trends and relevant industry information

• Supports business development initiatives, special projects, miscellaneous administrative duties, and other duties as needed.

• Provide support to the Research and Data Team

• Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to data mining

• Coordinate database maintenance

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Candidates should only be those who possess a strong interest in performing research on a daily basis and creating written research summaries.
• Interest in the Advertising, Branding and entrepreneurship industries preferred.
• Ability to understand the dynamics and technical matters related to geographic markets preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong initiative and a desire to succeed in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to work independently with little direction required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
