Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and support product development activities for feed additive applications.

• Perform literature reviews and gather scientific information to support research projects.

• Record, organize, analyze, and report experimental data accurately.

• Execute laboratory methods and ensure compliance with established protocols and SOPs.

• Assist in the evaluation and validation of laboratory methodologies.

• Support cross-functional teams by providing technical and experimental support.

• Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and procurement of laboratory supplies.

• Ensure laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with safety and quality requirements.

• Assist with the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelors in Animal Science/Nutrition/Microbiology/Molecular Biology/Biochemistry /Chemistry/Related Disciplines

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of previous relevant experience (commercial/academic) in research/product development labs

Skills:

• Proficient in in vitro biochemical assays

• Experience with measurement of enzyme activities is preferred

• Experience working in a GLP or ISO accredited laboratory is a plus

• Knowledge and skills in analytical chemistry (e.g., HPLC, GC, LC-MSMS)

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficiency and clarity in written and oral communications/presentations

• Independent and creative scientific thinking

• Solid documentation and organizational ability

• Synthetic biology hands-on experience is a plus
