Our client is looking for bright, ambitious and driven graduates to join their Executive Search firm as Research Consultants. Our client delivers a world class consumer focused service specialising in a Marketing, Digital and Technology industries, with a particular success in businesses going through structural changes in management.

Our client is looking for recent graduates to fill entry level positions in their rapidly growing company as Research Consultants. They are recruiting highly analytical, problem solvers that are project driven. They have a friendly office environment and they are looking for team players that will build towards their supportive and collaborative environment. Great communication skills both written and verbally are vital alongside a warm and engaging personality which is important in order to gain trust from both your clients and candidates.

The roles of a Research Consultant consists of:

• Conducting extensive and detailed research into clients as well as the wider market
• Capturing the role brief and formulating the search strategy
• Market mapping and candidate identification
• Initial approach and qualification of candidate suitability
• Candidate management; interview preparation, communication and information management
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the market and researching potential job leads.
