We are looking for an entrepreneurial and forward thinking Research Manager, who will be responsible for all operational elements of the research process, through planning, design, execution and delivery.

The Research Manager is responsible to ensure that the research is meaningful, actionable and delivering on the business needs. The selected person should be curious and committed to process improvement, has the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, display a ‘can do’ attitude and is uncompromising with regard to quality.

• Responsible for driving research, development and improvement of projects.

• Responsible for identifying the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet the defined business objective.

• Work with a team of research consultants to collect, analyze and create directories and databases of employers and recruitment agencies.

• Manage day-to-day activities of the team, such as research assignments, staffing, performance management, development, etc.

• Review and interpret the collected data, create insightful reports, and make actionable recommendations.

• Present meaningful and impactful insights on the global recruitment and employment trends.

• Work closely with Directors and department managers to deliver high value directories and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

• 5 to 10 years experience in managing data processing, analysis ,reporting for primary research projects, preferably from a full-service research organization.

• Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate with department managers and senior management on a continuous basis.

• Ability to manage a team of junior analysts and guide them on project execution and achieving delivery targets while ensure high quality output from team.

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.

• Excellent project management, problem solving, communication, attention to detail and analytical skills required.

• Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision, and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, with strong work ethic and initiative; proactive in identifying issues and opportunities and delivering insightful solutions.
