Residence Life Specialist

Northeast Community College is seeking a full-time Residence Life Specialist.

The purpose of this position is to assist with on-campus housing services through administrative and front desk support. This is accomplished through supervision and scheduling of the desk assistants, managing the front desk areas, supervising distribution of mail, preparing reports, processing housing applications, reviewing meal plan and housing contracts, coordinating room assignments, maintaining a key inventory, overseeing security systems, and providing clerical support.

Education: Work requires knowledge of a specific vocational, administrative, or technical nature which may be obtained with a two-year associate's degree, diploma or equivalent from a college, technical, business, vocational or correspondence school.

Experience: Over one year and up to and including three years.

Skills: This position requires contact with coworkers from other organizational units of the College, primarily non-department heads, and students, vendors, and the general public,
