We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/ long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.

As a RCA you will

• Follows the resident assessment in providing services to residents.

• Assists in the updating of each resident’s assessment.

• Assists resident with personal laundry, if requested.

• Assists in preparing residents for meals, serving meals, bussing tables during mealtimes and cleaning the dining room.

• Assists with cleaning residents’ apartments.

• Assists residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility.

• Reminds residents to take prescribed medication.

• Encourages socialization among residents.

We are currently looking for RCA's to join our team! To qualify you need a:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
• One year of caregiving experience (preferred)
