The Avenue Hospital is now looking to hire Permanent Resident Medical Offers 

An exciting opportunity exists for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our dynamic and supportive clinical team at The Avenue Hospital focussing on providing excellent patient focused care to Surgical patients -predominantly Orthopaedic

Working across a range of surgical specialties predominantly Orthopaedics, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care alongside experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams. This position offers exposure to a variety of Surgical specialities but predominantly Orthopaedics,, and the opportunity to develop your skills in a hospital known for its commitment to excellence, collaboration, and patient-centred care. You will provide care to patients in the hospital under the guidance of the world renowned surgeons.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA)
• Have a minimum of three (3) years current acute clinical experience
• Be competent in providing basic and advanced life support measures 
• Have effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Have proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
• (Experience in a tertiary teaching hospital Desirable)

Additional Information

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
