WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll work on real residential projects across the Dayton area —service upgrades, lighting retrofits, stand-by home generators, pool/hot tub wiring, and other residential projects alongside experienced journeymen who are invested in your growth. No busywork. No forgotten helpers. You’ll be on meaningful jobs from day one.

• 2+ years of residential service experience
• Ability to positively interact with customers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
