Residential Porter

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter to maintain the property's cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance. This role is essential for ensuring our guests and residents experience a well-maintained and welcoming living environment every day.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces
• Remove trash and recycling from designated areas
• Operate freight elevator as needed for residents and vendors
• Clean exterior entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damages promptly
• Support the maintenance team with light duties
• Assist with deliveries and moving items when required
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests, residents and staff

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeper or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
