Your New Role

• Provide residential plumbing service throughout Woodland, California, and surrounding communities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing problems

• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations

• Inspect plumbing systems and identify the appropriate repair or replacement options

• Explain plumbing issues and available solutions clearly to homeowners

• Provide professional, respectful customer service on every call

• Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday

• Keep your assigned service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked

• Follow company safety procedures and plumbing industry best practices

• Travel to customer homes throughout the local service area

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Residential plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Knowledge of plumbing repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience explaining repair and replacement options to homeowners preferred

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends or emergency service calls based on business needs

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces when necessary
