Missions :
- Définir et Mettre en place la politique de recrutement conformément aux orientations stratégiques de
l’entreprise ; - Définir les profils de postes en fonction des besoins exprimés par les clients en termes de qualification ;de compétence et d’expérience ;
- Définir des méthodes de recrutement et des modes de communication des annonces permettant d’attirer les profils de candidats ciblés ;
- Gestion de la relation avec les ecoles et parties prenantes
- Effectuer un reporting de l’activité recrutement au manager
