Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining top-tier quality in food, service, and ambiance.
Guest Experience:
- Deliver personalized, memorable dining experiences with exceptional attention to detail and service.
- Monitor and constantly improve quality and guest satisfaction of the outlet with the given tools (Leading Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction Survey).
- Actively participate in menu design in cooperation with the outlet Head Chef and Chef Sommelier / Sommelier.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to consistently uphold luxury service standards.
- Understand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regards to the concept.
- Support and implement new Talent Development initiatives.
- Conduct yearly performance reviews for all employee of the outlet providing feedback on their job performance.
Financial Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, costs, and profit margins.
- Develop and manage the restaurant budget
Supplier Relations:
- Source and manage relationships with premium vendors to maintain authentic Italian offerings.
- Constantly improve the product quality by sourcing the best available products.
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers. Leverage social media and other digital platforms to promote the restaurant
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and luxury dining regulations and prepare operational reports for stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum three (3) years in an F&B management role, preferably with a 5* hotel chain and ideally experience in a successful stand-alone food & beverage operation.
- Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances, and come up with proactive, rational solutions.\Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
- Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Applies a professional, confidential, and ethical approach at all times.
