Restaurant Supervisor Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will foster a productive environment for staff while enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff, ensuring all service standards and guest satisfaction metrics are met.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding menu offerings, special requests, and food presentation to ensure quality and timely service.
• Assist in training and developing the restaurant team, providing guidance and support for staff to achieve excellence in service.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and dining flow to optimize the guest experience.
• Address guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Greek and English.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
