For Season 2027, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Team Leader to join the Food & Beverage team at MarBella in Corfu.

The Role

As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in the smooth daily operation of the restaurant, guide and motivate your team, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences in line with Mar-Bella Collection’s high standards of service and hospitality.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, guest experience and daily restaurant operations, with a strong focus on consistency, teamwork and exceptional service.

A Day in the Job

Leadership here is hands-on – present in the service, close to the team and always focused on the guest.

Here’s what a typical day at MarBella could look like:

• You start by reviewing the shift plan, reservations, service priorities and special guest requirements with the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• You guide, coach and motivate the Food & Beverage team, helping each team member deliver attentive, confident and consistently high-quality service.
• Throughout the shift, you monitor the flow of service and step in whenever needed to keep restaurant operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• You ensure consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest care throughout the dining experience.
• You respond to guest requests, feedback and complaints promptly, professionally and with empathy.
• You coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and other Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest experience.
• You support the onboarding, training and development of new team members, helping them settle into their role and perform with confidence.
• You foster a positive and collaborative team environment built on clear communication, mutual respect and support.
• You actively participate in Food & Beverage briefings and meetings, sharing operational feedback and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
• Above all, you lead by example, bringing Mar-Bella Collection’s service standards and values to life in every interaction with both guests and colleagues.

Is This You?

Essential qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Restaurant Team Leader or other supervisory Food & Beverage role, preferably within a four- or five-star hotel, luxury resort or premium restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to guide, support and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A guest-first mindset and a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in handling demanding situations professionally.
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional attitude, reliability and the ability to lead by example.

Additional qualifications – a plus:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related field.
• Previous experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
• Good knowledge of wine and beverage service.
