Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site restoration projects from start to finish
- Lead crews, subcontractors, and vendors safely and efficiently
- Ensure top-quality workmanship and excellent client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and team members
- Track timelines, budgets, and resources
Qualifications:
- Restoration or construction experience (water, fire, mold mitigation a plus)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Xactimate &/or DryBook experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/overnight
