We are looking for a Retail Operations Administration Assistant. The role is office based in our small and busy office situated above our Swindon warehouse, so would ideally suit someone who enjoys being office based.
As a Retail Operations Admin Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Retail Operations team and store network. You will help ensure our shops operate efficiently, remain compliant, and are well-supported in delivering excellent customer and volunteer experiences.
You will be a key point of contact for store teams, supporting communication, reporting, systems administration, and day-to-day retail processes.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and responding to donor communications.
- Record and respond to written returns.
- Manage and update gift aid donor database accurately and effectively.
- Maintaining records and systems in accordance with the requirements of the retail team, including SharePoint and Vantage, to ensure efficient management of information
- Building and maintaining relationships both with external and internal stakeholders.
Key Criteria:
- Excellent Organisational Skills with Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to organise own workload to meet changing deadlines
- Responsible and reliable, with the ability to work without supervision
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages, word, excel, PowerPoint, Email, and internet
- Emotional intelligence and creative problem solver
- Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals

Salary: £22,222-24,350 per annum
Contract: 28 hours per week permanent
Based: This role is office based in our Swindon Retail Operations site.
