Key Responsibilities

Coordination of vendor orders and product delivery schedules.
Communication and collaboration with Alaska Lodge Retail Management and staff at multiple warehouse locations in Seattle and Alaska.
Management of invoicing using our accounting systems, Oracle & Markview.
Purchase Order entry into a Point-of-sale (POS) system.
Report generation and updates using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
Occasional physical warehouse work (must be able and willing to lift up to 40lbs).
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).
Must be able to work in Seattle office 3 days a week.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
