Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a highly experienced and driven Retail Sales Specialist with 8+ years of dedicated expertise in bedding and mattress sales to join our premium retail network in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

• Position: Senior Retail Sales Specialist / Executive
• Company: Sealy Mattress Middle East
• Location: Saudi Arabia (Various Showrooms)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in bedding, sleep products, or premium mattress retail
• Target Nationalities: Saudi, Jordanian, Lebanese, Yemeni, or Egyptian (with transferable Iqama where applicable)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Drive premium retail sales by delivering expert consultations on Sealy’s advanced posturepedic technology, sleep systems, and luxury bedding accessories to achieve high-ticket revenue targets.
• Customer Consultations: Utilize deep product knowledge to assess individual customer sleep needs, body alignment concerns, and comfort preferences to recommend the ideal mattress model.
• Showroom Presentation: Maintain premium brand standards across showroom displays, ensuring correct product formatting, pricing clarity, and visual merchandising compliance.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with premium clients, interior designers, and corporate accounts, providing structured follow-ups and after-sales care.
• Market Insights: Track local mattress market trends, competitor promotions, and consumer preferences in Saudi Arabia to feed back actionable insights to management.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Valid Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Industry Experience: Exactly 8+ years of proven retail experience specializing specifically in high-end mattresses, bedding textiles, or sleep ergonomics.
• Product Knowledge: Expert understanding of mattress construction (pocket springs, memory foam, latex, hybrid layers) and sleep science.
• Communication: Exceptional bilingual capabilities (Arabic and English) with a highly persuasive and polished consultative selling style.
• Location Requirements: Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid residency status.
