Requirements
Responsibilities:
Running daily store operations and ensuring smooth execution
Leading the team to achieve store KPIs and business goals
Managing team schedules and daily responsibilities
Monitoring store and team performance
Creating an engaging store experience through visual merchandising
Delivering exceptional customer service
Managing stock processes and inventory
Executing in-store promotions and campaigns
Training the team on POS systems and processes
Ensuring accurate cash control and banking procedures
Managing team administration and HR processes
Skills:
Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
Self-motivated with strong ownership and initiative
Excellent attention to detail
Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and people skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience:
2–3 years retail management experience
Matric qualification
Experience managing targets and budgets
Knowledge of retail HR practices (with HR support available)
Proven track record of delivering results
Excellent Excel skills
