Ballena Media is a medium sized call center, that is best in class for retention services, Customer Service and Sales.

We are looking for retention Specialist.

You'll be receiving calls from customers from the U.S. that wants to cancel a service, your job to convince those customers to keep the services, you'll have to find out why the customer wants to cancel the service and provide a tailored solution to it, we will provide with all the tools necessary to comply with your job.

Qualifications

- Retention or Sales Experience (IS A MUST).
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (in retention/sales)*.
- B2 English level or higher, or its equivalent, 85% or higher Written/Spoken English.**
- Awesome Attitude.
- Ability to Work under pressure.
- Team Player.

* Must have previous experience in order to be part of the recruiting process.
